Complex Trauma. I specialize in working with survivors of human trafficking and survivors of
sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. For 10+ years, I have assisted children, adolescents, and
adults in developing the tools needed to facilitate trauma healing and cope with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I see counseling as a process in which we work as a team to explore and
define presenting issues, develop goals for a more fulfilled life, and work towards reaching those goals. Through trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, I incorporate various interventions depending on what works best for you or your child including play, art, and mindfulness
techniques.

Hi, I’m Kirsten Washington, a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor. I support children, teens, and adults as they seek help and navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, identity development, emotional regulation, and life transitions. The space I offer is steady, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect, where clients can show up as their full, authentic selves without fear or stigma.
The therapeutic relationship is central to the healing process and is built on trust, openness, and understanding. Each journey is unique, and the approach is thoughtfully adapted to fit the individual’s needs and goals. There is space for discomfort, reflection, clarity, and growth, honoring the pace that feels right for each person.
My commitment is to affirm and support clients as they move toward greater well-being, confidence, and peace in their lives.

Life is far from easy. It’s even harder when you don’t have someone you can talk to without

I am currently a PLPC working toward full licensure after graduating from St. Bonaventure
University with my M.S.E.d. in 2024. I come to this work with years of experience as a first
responder, and I carry that perspective with me — especially when sitting with trauma, crisis,
and the kind of pain that doesn’t always get talked about. I’ve worked with addiction and
recovery and see trauma as a central thread in many of the challenges people face.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, with a strong appreciation for the
psychodynamic perspective — how our past quietly shapes our present. I’ve completed Level 1
Gottman training to support couples in building or rebuilding connection, and I integrate
evidence-based strategies to meet each client where they are.
I work with all age groups and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Whether you're
navigating big feelings, sorting through a life shift, or just trying to not feel stuck — there's room
for you here.
Therapy is based on you, with real conversations that you have been waiting for and needing to
have. I believe change happens best when the connection feels natural. If we click, we work —
and that’s when things start to get interesting!

Hi, I’m Chasity Davis, MA, PLPC. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families—from children to older adults—navigate life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, grief, trauma, crisis prevention, coaching, and career counseling.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and systemic family theories. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and build resilience at your own pace.
With experience in clinical, school-based, addiction recovery (including medication-assisted treatment and Drug Court populations), and community settings, I bring cultural sensitivity, compassion, and a collaborative spirit to my work.
I hold both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with specialized training and certificates in Marriage and Family Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis. I’m also a two-time self-published author and deeply value the role of storytelling and self-expression in the healing process.
I’m here to walk alongside you on your path to healing and meaningful change.

Hello! I’m Kyra Ortego, PLPC. I’ve been in the mental health field since 2020. I’m passionate about helping individuals practice mental healing. I am currently working towards full licensure after graduating from Southern A&M University with my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I plan to pursue a doctorate in a clinical psychology to further assist clients into their mental health journey. I first started out as a mental health technician in a 2020 working with a very diverse population in an inpatient psychiatric facility. I work with mainly adults and teenagers, both in person and tele-health sessions. As a PLPC, I use an eclectic therapy approach to meet clients where they are. Instead of relying on one method, I blend different evidence-based techniques to support your unique needs. Sessions with me are collaborative, down-to-earth, and infused with a bit of humor—because healing is hard enough, and sometimes we all need to laugh in the process.
