I believe that everyone could use some empowerment, empathy, and guidance to navigate this life and learn to find meaning in every aspect of it. There is no ‘normal’. Your life should be led in accordance with your values and the things that give you purpose—‘your normal’. To me, you are the expert on your life and experiences, and I am a partner in helping you identify and cope with difficulties that this life can bring.
I have 8 years of social work experience. I graduated with my Masters degree in 2015 from LSU Baton Rouge. I have previously worked providing individual therapy to Elementary School children that struggled with emotional and behavioral issues. I have also worked in various elementary schools in Natchitoches Parish where I am from. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults.
My name is Andrew Hebert. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have had the privilege of providing mental health and addiction counseling services over the last two decades to a wide range of individuals including adults, children and adolescents, couples, families and geriatric patients.
My typical client may struggle with anxiety, stress, or panic attacks. They might feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, work pressures, or personal relationships. My client could be dealing with persistent sadness, loss of interest, or feelings of hopelessness. They may lack motivation and struggle with daily functioning. Some clients may have experienced trauma, whether from childhood events, accidents, or other life-altering incidents. My client might grapple with low self-esteem, negative self-talk, or feelings of inadequacy. Coping with loss—whether due to death, divorce, or other significant changes—could be a problem.
I offer my clients a safe space to express their emotions without judgment. I am someone who listens actively and empathetically. I provide practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions. I express validation for their feelings, experiences, and struggles. Most of all I try to instill that hope and change are possible.
I help my clients recognize that seeking therapy is an investment in their well-being. They want to lead a more fulfilling life, experience joy, and find meaning. I recognize each client is unique, and their needs and goals may vary. Come join me as we tailor our approach to meet your unique, individual, circumstances and aspirations.

Hello! I am Victoria (Tori) Marse, a student at Liberty University, currently enrolled in their CACREP-
accredited Masters’ of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I am in the final stage of earning my
Masters’ Degree: working with clients. From a young age, I have always loved engaging with others and
helping cultivate health and beauty. I base my theoretical approach in cognitive-behavioral therapy, as
this is a well-researched theory that allows the client to recognize how their thoughts affect their
behaviors. I am also a firm believer in an individual’s ability to change. Sometimes we just need a helping
hand to walk with us in a new direction, so my therapy is also client-centered, meaning that the client is
the expert on their own life and experiences and, therefore, plays an essential role in the therapeutic
process. I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in a mentoring capacity for sixteen
years and have been working with a variety of ages in a counseling setting since January 2024. I am
eager to couple this experience with my counseling training and education to provide the best care
possible for you.
