I believe that everyone could use some empowerment, empathy, and guidance to navigate this life and learn to find meaning in every aspect of it. There is no ‘normal’. Your life should be led in accordance with your values and the things that give you purpose—‘your normal’. To me, you are the expert on your life and experiences, and I am a partner in helping you identify and cope with difficulties that this life can bring.

Haley Shows MS, LPC, NCC

My name is Andrew Hebert. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have had the privilege of providing mental health and addiction counseling services over the last two decades to a wide range of individuals including adults, children and adolescents, couples, families and geriatric patients.

My typical client may struggle with anxiety, stress, or panic attacks. They might feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, work pressures, or personal relationships. My client could be dealing with persistent sadness, loss of interest, or feelings of hopelessness. They may lack motivation and struggle with daily functioning. Some clients may have experienced trauma, whether from childhood events, accidents, or other life-altering incidents. My client might grapple with low self-esteem, negative self-talk, or feelings of inadequacy. Coping with loss—whether due to death, divorce, or other significant changes—could be a problem.
I offer my clients a safe space to express their emotions without judgment. I am someone who listens actively and empathetically. I provide practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions. I express validation for their feelings, experiences, and struggles. Most of all I try to instill that hope and change are possible.
I help my clients recognize that seeking therapy is an investment in their well-being. They want to lead a more fulfilling life, experience joy, and find meaning. I recognize each client is unique, and their needs and goals may vary. Come join me as we tailor our approach to meet your unique, individual, circumstances and aspirations.

My name is Tiara Hayes-Babin, M.A., PLMFT. I am a Gonzales, LA resident, born and raised in Louisiana. I received my undergraduate degree in Sociology from Louisiana State University in 2008 and pursued several professional roles that each reminded me of my passion for mental health therapy, so I began to pursue that dream and received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in September of 2024. As a provisional licensed marriage and family therapist, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re experiencing relationship difficulties, personal struggles, or mental health concerns, I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I tailor each session to your unique needs and experiences. I integrate evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, strengths-based perspective to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. As I wrap up my graduate program, I am eagerly anticipating the start of practicum and internships while completing my final academic courses. My career goal is to further my education to the doctoral level, in addition to preparing to open my private practice.

My therapeutic aim is to create a safe environment where individuals can discuss their fears, worries, anxieties, traumas, and insecurities. In doing so, I hope to help them focus on their life’s purpose, passions, hopes, and dreams.

As a professional counselor, I hope to provide empathetic support and practical tools that incorporate proven strategies to empower individuals. My goal is to help them discover their inherent resilience and sustainability, enabling them to reach their highest potential in life.

My name is Brodi Bourque. I am currently pursuing my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Louisiana State University, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. My experience interning at the LSU Student Health Center was the first pillar of my clinical journey, solidifying my passion for providing therapy. My approach to therapy is grounded, collaborative, and curious. I’m interested in helping clients explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that shape how they move through the world. Upon graduation from my master’s program, I will be pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I am committed to lifelong learning, both as a clinician and as a person. I see therapy as a space for honest exploration, where people can make meaningful decisions about how they want to live and who they want to be. I'm honored to be part of that process, and I'm looking forward to walking alongside you in it.
