I know that mental health and asking for help is a huge step and I am so happy that you have made the decision to reach out and find a counselor that can help you guide and navigate through your path to success. I have been a licensed professional counselor for 7 years and have had 5 years’ experience in the school system working with adolescents, teens and

adults. I have had a great deal of experience working with high school students

and adults who have just transitioned out of high school. I mainly work with

person-centered therapy. My goal is for you to get the best outcome from therapy

and I would love to be with you along your journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor whose scope of practice includes addiction and mood disorders. A Baton Rouge, LA native, she earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Orleans. My holistic therapeutic framework includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapies, as well as implementing the Wellness Model. 

For the past 6.5 years I’ve had the privilege of working with many people on an individual and family basis, who had a desire to facilitate some change in their lives. I’d love the opportunity to assist you with exploring the feelings and making the changes that you desire as well. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. I have experience helping others process and cope with ADHD, Anger management, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Family Dysfunction, Grief/Loss, Life Transitions, Parenting, Schizophrenia, Self-Harm/Suicidal Ideations, Stress, Trauma, and Work-Life Balance. My therapeutic orientation is integrative approach based on a client-centered self acceptance approach, focusing on what is happening in the moment and finding solutions in the present time using brief goal-directed steps. My goal is to provide a warm and safe inclusive space full of empathy and support to assist you in growing past your current struggles one step at a time. 

I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. He is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and has resided in Baton Rouge since 1993. My specialties include mental health, substance abuse addiction, depression, anxiety grief, divorce, stress, and working with couples, to include LGBTQ. My work background includes, EAP Counselor, Alcohol Drug Social Work Supervisor, Program Manager. My experience includes both outpatient and inpatient, and both public and private employment. I am a member of the Louisiana Counseling Association and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Christian Counseling. I am  a Christian, and believes in a higher power. 

I received my Bachelor of Social Work degree (BSW) from Dillard University, and Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from Southern University at New Orleans. I have been licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1990, and has previously held the following licenses: Licensed Master Social Worker - Advanced Practitioner, Licensed Chemical Dependency Specialist, and Licensed Marriage and Family Specialist. 

In life, we sometimes veer off the path that can take us away from our true selves. My goal is to help you find your way back to your path and move toward your most authentic self. My approach is a collaborative one with the client who is an expert on their lives and my expertise in helping you navigate your new direction. I will help you uncover your own strength and healing by reconnecting from

within and using those new connections to create a new future. With healing and guidance, you will experience transformation.

My name is Wynona Russ and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with clients from age 3 to adulthood helping to find the right path to healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, and life events. I focus on CBT but use different modalities depending on what my clients need. I know it feels like you are alone and there is no way out but there is hope and healing in therapy. Taking the first step is the hardest part, I will provide you with a safe space so that your healing can begin. Hi! I am Danielle Lee. I received my undergraduate degree, from Southeastern Louisiana

University, in Psychology and my Master’s degree, in Marriage, Family, and Couple’s

counseling, from the University of Holy Cross. I am a licensed professional counselor. My

professional specialties include: Family Therapy, Parent/Child Relationships, Co-parenting,

Divorce, Communication Issues, Depression, Grief, and Anxiety. I practice, from a lens of

solution focused therapy, person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe it is

necessary to identify, collaborate and reach your goals together. I provide therapy to children,

adolescents, and adults. I am excited to work with you!

I want to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. I believe you are capable of great things and I want to help you achieve those things. I primarily work with individuals with depression and anxiety and individuals seeking to become healthy in mind, emotion and body. I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist because I believe that our thoughts impact our behavior and feelings. I use humor in my approach because I really do believe laughter is the best medicine. I specialize in thought and behavior modification as well as developing healthy habits. As a bariatric patient that has lost over 160 lbs, I understand the process and the necessary changes needed to be successful. I want to walk with you on your journey to a new life, a life without limits!
