I view counseling as a process which can be empowering and rewarding while tapping into an individual’s inner thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will help you to focus on your inner strengths, empower you through the process, and assist you in developing a wellness plan to overcome any obstacles you may be faced with. I view counseling as a process where the individual can express their vulnerabilities and emotions without feeling judged. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral or person-centered approach in which we will identify any behavioral patterns which leads to those negative, unwanted thoughts and difficult decisions. We will work together in identifying a plan that suits your needs and allows you to have full control over your thoughts and behaviors. I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults while addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other issues. I welcome all walks of life and feels honored to walk the path to wellness and healing with you. Let’s uncover your true potential.
Do you feel empowered to move on despite life circumstances? Although situations happened, how we interpret them can be
critical. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with teens, adults, and families who are dealing with ODD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational concerns. My approach to therapy is to create a safe
therapeutic, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to help you explore possibilities and various counseling perspectives
enabling you to become a better version of yourself. Are you ready?
