My name is Crystal Guthrie and I have a passion for helping people. I have been helping clients for 18 years in the customer service industry. Making sure clients are happy and get all the help they need is extremely important to me.  Hey y'all, my name is Shayla and I am a proud mom of 2... 3 if you include my husband! I am originally from New Jersey but have been a New Orleanian for over 15 years, graduating with my MSW from Tulane University. Ever since I was young, I have always dreamed of helping people through the struggles in their life by providing compassionate guidance and support. I am so excited to be part of the team at Always Hope and aspire to earn my license and begin my journey as a therapist so I can help as many people as possible! Stay tuned! 

  I graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness and am currently gaining valuable experience in the counseling field. I’m passionate about helping people overcome challenges and achieve personal growth, and I’m excited to be a part of such a supportive team. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and friends and exploring creative projects. 

  My name is Caroline Forest and I graduated from Louisiana State University in May 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. I am currently continuing my education by pursuing my Master’s degree in Social Work as well! I have always been passionate about helping others and I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them navigate challenges with empathy and respect. I’m incredibly excited to join the Always Hope team! 
 

   My name is Brooke Blanchard and I have a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a concentration in Business and I completed my Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2023.  I have been in healthcare for the past 14 years. I am passionate about helping others, building relationships, and providing compassion with each interaction.  I believe together is better and I am excited to be a part of the Always Hope team.  

   My name is Kailey Liedle. I am new to the admin staff at Always Hope I am dedicated to patient care. I have been in the psychiatric field for nine years and have had the pleasure of doing a range of tasks. Mental health is near and dear to me, and I am honored to work with the Always Hope team on this new journey. Outside the office, I am a sports mom (always at some field) I enjoy reading and coloring in my down time. I am a mother to my three amazing children. My favorite quote "Chin up or the crown slips."

  Hi, I’m Evelyn! As an Administrative Assistant at Always Hope, I bring extensive experience in customer service and a genuine passion for supporting others. I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and welcoming environment, driven by my strong belief that mental health is just as vital as physical health. I am proud to contribute to a business that values and prioritizes the well-being of both its team and the individuals we serve. 

   Hi, I’m Breanna, but most people call me Bree! I’m excited to be part of the admin team and bring my experience in customer service, administration, and home health to create a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and my colleagues. I’m passionate about efficiency, organization, and ensuring that everyone feels supported in their experience with us. Outside of work, I love traveling and creating content about food, beauty, and new destinations. When I’m not exploring, I’m spending time with my beloved chocolate Labrador, who keeps life fun and full of adventure. I look forward to making a meaningful impact here and getting to know everyone!
