We highly recommend you contact your insurance to find our your fees but we are willing to contact them for you if you feel more comfortable. Please note that the cost estimate given to you by us is a word for word delivery of what your insurance company told us. We are not responsible for incorrect quotes, we do provide you with a reference number give to us by your insurance company if needed later.

Our waiting room has toys and reading material in case a family member has to wait while you are in session. You are welcome to invite whoever you feel comfortable in the session also.
Therapist are seeing clients while in the office, which makes it hard to come to the phone. Email is the best way to get in touch with your personal therapist. All therapists can be contacted by email. We always recommend to CC Email@AlwaysHope4aBetterU.com so that we can make sure you get a timely response. Once your session is complete if you are using insurance, we will bill them for you. Once your Explanations of Benefits is sent back to us. We will contact you letting you know your price for each session. Then your card will be charged on file or you can choose a different payment option. If you are self pay, your session fee will be charged to the card on file the same week.

Your insurance company decides what the payout is for services and what your part of that is. We are happy to contact them to ask for you but usually you calling your insurance is the best option. For therapy you would ask how much 'outpatient psychotherapy' would be and for medication appointments you would ask how much 'behavioral health outpatient medication appointments are. We have set rates for therapy and for medication management but different providers charge different amounts for the services they provide and the credentials that they have. We do also offer sliding scale rates for people who have financial hardship, we do also offer some pro bono services.
