I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and certified in EMDR therapy. With 13 years of experience in the mental health field, 12 years of business management experience, and as a mother of six, I am passionate about creating an environment where individuals and families can access compassionate, quality mental health care that meets not only their emotional needs, but also their financial and practical needs.

I believe that finding the right therapist or provider is an important part of successful treatment. Mental health care is not one-size-fits-all—the right fit means finding someone you feel comfortable with, can trust, and whose personality, experience, and approach align with your individual needs. This belief has been an important part of building Always Hope and creating a diverse team of professionals so that each person has the opportunity to find a provider who is truly the right fit for them.
